Cancellations should be received at least
12 HOURS before your scheduled appointment.
If a 12 hour cancellation is not given - 50% of your scheduled services will be charged prior to your next visit.
If you completely miss your appointment or "no show" without a 12 hour cancellation you will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service amount before rescheduling. If you have a Gift Certificate or Service Package the amount will be withdrawn from your balance.
You will not be allowed to schedule further appointments until all fees are paid in full.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.

Respect Massage members have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind.
Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the immediate termination of the session.
TEXAS STATE DRAPING LAWS ARE APPLIED AT ALL TIMES. ANY REMOVAL OF YOUR DAPING WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR SERVICE!

When choosing a practice displaying the Respect Massage logo, you can have confidence in the safety and professionalism you will experience as a client.
REFUNDS-RETURNS-EXCHANGE
ANY open product CANNOT be returned or exchanged for Safety & Sanitation Purposes.
If you have an unopened product still in its original packaging you may exchange it within 30 days of purchase for another product or store credit. An invoice/receipt must be available as proof of purchase.
ALL items must have been purchased through HOLISTIC ELEMENTS BODY CARE.
NO CASH REFUNDS.
You may exchange an unopened product for a Credit Balance to go towards the purchase of any other product, gift card, or service provided by HEBC.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the refund amount.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at holisticelementsbc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What is your shipping policy for Thorne test orders?
We cannot ship to a post office box. We need a physical (walk-up) address for delivery.
Your order will typically ship within 2 business days from when you order it.
Due to special restrictions, no orders can be shipped to addresses in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, or Rhode Island.
Does Thorne ship to PO Boxes?
No. The preferred shipping carriers we use will only deliver a shipment to a physical “walk up” address.
Does Thorne ship internationally?
Yes. Thorne does ship its products internationally. When ordering Thorne please allow up to four to six weeks for delivery, barring any unforeseen Clearance/Customs issues. Please note the end user is responsible for any duty/tax that is due at time of delivery.
